Your InnovationTechTalent-Mentoring-Team

"The mentoring helped me sharpen my professional priorities and approach the transition into working life with greater confidence. I learned to engage more mindfully with others, to question things critically, and to focus more on team dynamics. Especially valuable was the clarity I gained about which areas of work, conditions, and values are truly important to me."

"Being part of the mentorship program has been a meaningful experience. Having open conversations with my mentor about my current path and future plans gave me clarity and confidence.
I also loved connecting with other mentees and had the sense of creating a community."
