Every year, KIT, IBM, and Bosch jointly offer two programs under the patronage of Vice President Professor Dr. Wanner, which will accompany you as a female student on your way through your studies and provide you with personal and company-related insights into the working world. During the program, you get the chance of being matched with a female mentor for extraordinary insights and personal guidance. You can choose between two programs of our industry partners to match your personal presences:

The IBM "Female Talents Network" program includes a wide range of events and exchange opportunities that will help you to develop personally and professionally as well as to gain first insights into future fields of activity. In a complementary IBM Mentoring Program, you can establish direct contact with an individual mentor and other role models. They will be happy to share their experiences with you and advise you on your individual career planning.
 
The Bosch "Female Talents Program" offers you individual mentoring by a female specialist/manager, workshops on key qualifications and networking events. In addition, you will gain access to the exclusive Bosch Talent Community and receive personal career advice to prepare you for your future career.

Would you like to be a part of it?

Applications are open to female students from the 3rd semester of a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and information technology, computer science, information management, mechanical engineering, mathematics, mechatronics and information technology, physics, technical economics, business informatics, industrial engineering and related courses.
