Johannes Kunze von Bischhoffshausen was a research associate and member of the graduate program “Service Research” at the Karlsruhe Service Research Institute (KSRI) from September 2011 to December 2016. Johannes collaborated with several IBM business units in the context of his research. He spent a research stay in summer 2012 at the IBM Thomas J. Watson Research Center at the Business Analytics and Mathematical Sciences Department in Yorktown Heights, New York.

Johannes graduated from KIT with a Bachelor and Master degree in Information Engineering and Management. During his master studies, he participated in the KSRI SSME curriculum, including courses such as Service Technologies, Semantic Web Technologies, Service Management, and Business & Service Engineering. Additionally, he participated in several industry research and consulting projects related to customer relationship management and knowledge management in the context of internships and student assistant activities.
