KIT x HPI x HUK

Don't we all love to communicate with our insurance company? Or maybe not? This year, HUK-Coburg and their online-subsidiary HUK24 challenged one of our SUGAR Service Design Thinking teams to find out how insurances can communicate with their customers more actively, event-related and aligned with customers’ communication preferences. Karim Djahlat, Fabian Furtwänger, Jonathan Gadea Harder, Georg Lange, Konstantin Merz, Sophie Perret, and Benedikt Schenkel – a joint team of students from HPI and KIT – accepted the challenge. They are on their wayto find out how we will soon have chats with our insurances, or – more broadly speaking – how a meaningful insurance-customer communication will look like in the future. We wish the team good luck on their 9-months journey and can’t wait to see what they come up with. Thanks a lot to our colleagues at HUK-Coburgand HUK24, Mandy Mann, Matthias Pierzyna, Tim Stahringer, and Daniel York Burger for the great collaboration and providing this tricky topic! For more information on the SUGAR program check-out our website (http://sdt-karlsruhe.de/) or the page of the SUGAR Network.
