  • Don't we all love to communicate with our insurance company? Or maybe not? This year, HUK-Coburg and their online-subsidiary HUK24 challenged one of our SUGAR Service Design Thinking teams to find out how insurances can communicate with their customers more actively, event-related and aligned with customers’ communication preferences. Karim Djahlat, Fabian Furtwänger, Jonathan Gadea Harder, Georg Lange, Konstantin Merz, Sophie Perret, and Benedikt Schenkel – a joint team of students from HPI and KIT – accepted the challenge. They are on their wayto find out how we will soon have chats with our insurances, or – more broadly speaking – how a meaningful insurance-customer communication will look like in the future. We wish the team good luck on their 9-months journey and can’t wait to see what they come up with.
