Yesterday KIT received the EXIST-Potentiale grant of 2.2 Mio € from the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy and the Project Management Jülich (PtJ) to strenghten the international collaboration with partners and startups. The focus is on deep tech start-ups: start-ups with a strong technology focus in the fields of energy, mobility and digitalization, the significant global social challenges and at the same time KIT's profile sharpening topics. The application for this grant was submitted with the contribution of KSRI, since the above mentioned foci describe the core competences of KSRI. Thus, the grant is a great success for the team and our innovation network. Our focus is to make KIT a globally visible point of contact and an internationally attractive hub for all talents interested in starting their own business, as well as for industrial partners and investors. We as KSRI are proud and happy to be part of this initiative as a competent partner and hub for digital!
