At the International Conference on Exploring Service Science 1.5 – that took place February 4-6 2015 in Porto – four papers of KSRI researchers have been presented by Johannes Kunze von Bischhoffshausen and Peter Hottum. With the 6th edition in series the conference builds an established common platform for service researchers in Europe with interdisciplinary approaches to systematic innovation in service systems, integrating managerial, social, legal, and engineering aspects to address the theoretical and practical challenges of the service industry and its economy.
